I am finding that often some of the dynamic lighting is too bright and sometimes washes out the texture. For example:
And some of the glowing effects like lasers seem to get desaturated, for example these are the red lasers that appear orange or gold:
I know there are some things like bloom comfig parameters, but are there specific ones I should look at in order to adjust the brightness overall of these sorts of effects? It appears the brightness slider in the game's options is disabled.

At the risk of looking stupid, I realized you can only change the brightness setting outside of actual missions (been while since I tried!). But figured I'd add it here in case someone else stumbles over the same thing.
