Hey Ace, thought I'd let you know that I tried to check your site out, but McAfee blocked it as a "risky" connection. Not sure what's going on with that, but you might want to check it out, to be on the safe side.

Hi. My site is hosted on Wix.com so I can't do much about that.
All I can say is I'm not a fan of McAfee. Other programs have also highlighted sites I know are safe falsely.
There's nothing fancier on my site than any others. Less so lol So browse away and ignore it

Firefox shows a caution on the https icon in the toolbar. clicking on it gives the following:
"Parts of this site are not secure (such as images)"

the caution only occurs when visiting forums.xwaupgrade.com
digging deeper I get the impression that the cause is pages on the "forums" subdomain linking to images on the "www" subdomain.
McAfee doesn't realize that they're both owned and run by the same person.

Sorry I'm confused. Are we still talking about my website https://xwingoutpost.com/ ??

I don't have a forum only a link which takes it to this site in a new window

AV and security software can be a pain at times, flagging programs nd sites for no reasons. For a time BitDefender wanted threw false positives with MXvTEd no matter how often I put it on the whitelist. Same with several other tools.

Don't worry about it, it was me being confused... it was past midnight, I saw mention of the same error I get when visiting forums.xwaupgrade.com and didn't read the fine print, so to speak.

Yeah, the forum will throw a warning because there are elements on the pages that are not encrypted. That's mostly stuff from users though. (Links to images either in posts or signatures) There's not much I can do about that other than straight up forbidding it which I really don't want to do.
Though sooner or later more and more of that stuff will break, I think DTMs signature already doesn't work depending on which browser you use...
