UPDATE

Hello,
I've updated the TgSmush dll.

Now the PrimarySurface::Flip method is called when a video frame is rendered.

Now the PrimarySurface::UpdateOverlayDisplay method is called instead of the Flip method when a video frame is rendered.

Thanks @JeremyaFr!

For everyone: please be aware that this needs a new version of ddraw.dll to work properly in VR (a fix is already coded, it will be in the next Effects ddraw.dll release)
For non VR users, it should already avoid the crashes when playing videos reported lately in TFTC Discord.
