[B2M5] Battle 2 - Mission 5: Defend the Liberty

ok....i'm on the mission in the game where you have to defend the Liberty, and i get EVERYTHING destroyed, only to find that the Liberty mysteriously explodes while i'm returnin to it.i mean, the mission goals are complete, all objectives are in the green, an then BOOM---she goes up in an explosion, an i hear someone say somethin about "they must hav had a lucky shot" or somethin like that.can anyone help?plz??thx to all.

I never had a problem with this mission until now with XWAU 2020 Update Version 2.0 where I have the exact same problem. I get the mission success messages and everything is clear, not a single enemy around, then when I am approaching the liberty to land, everybody starts screaming like they are in the middle of the battle and then, the Liberty explodes.
edit: Seems that when the ships start approaching the Liberty for landing, they start crashing against it.

Which mission number is this exactly?
The red lights and alarms come on when the hull is low. Ships crashing into the Liberty was fixed in one mission.

Thanks a lot for the reply. The mission is B2M5 (mission 20, I think). Is called "Defend CRS Liberty".

Hmm I see this now. The Liberty starts to turn to enter Hyperspace and it cuts off all the approaching ships landing.
So it crashes into them. I'll see if I can spot an easy fix

Hi. I fixed the mission by adding an order for it to wait. That gives all the ships time to land. After 5 mins I think then it will go into Hyperspace.
(Which leaves you stranded so land lol)
The fix is now live with Update 2.1 in the download section.

Here are my minor fixes for this mission. These don't affect the gameplay
1B2M5G.TIE
Changes:
- Added Completed text "All ETRs destroyed" for the Secondary Goals
- Changed the name of ETR "Suluk " to Suluk
- Changed the GU of Suluk 11 ( 12 after the above change ) from 19 to 20

One minor thing I've found since the post above
1B2M5G.TIE
List of all the changes:
- Added Completed text "All ETRs destroyed" for the Secondary Goals
- Changed the name of ETR "Suluk " to Suluk
- Changed the GU of Suluk 11 ( 12 after the above change ) from 19 to 20
- Renamed Delta 1 to Eta, as all the other T/E3s, and they were in the same GU already anyway
