I'm using a Quest 2 and SteamVR, but everything is constantly shaking. I tried several settings with no luck.
Active cockpit is off and everything actually runs pretty smooth once I put off the headset as far as I can see in the mirror image.
Not sure what else to do. Any ideas?

So, the mirror image is stable (not shaky) but the image on your headset shakes?
We're aware of this problem. At the moment there isn't much you can do other than trying to maximize performance by lowering the resolution of your headset -- that seems to prevent the shakiness to some extent.

Yes, it's really odd.
Sadly I have no idea how to lower the resolution of my headset. Seems fixed, but I may be wrong. Google shared no results.
Any ideas? If not, no worries, I'll just check back at a later date.
The modification is amazing btw. (from testing without VR) Exceptional work!

To reduce the resolution, open SteamVR and then go to settings. There's a slider where you can adjust it. It looks like this:
