I took a look, but we are not doing any conversions from XvT to XWA at this time but I know most of the quirks of the engine at this point. Found some odd issues when porting the TF missions across! As far as disable orders go, ships with warheads will use them to bring down shields, this is expected XWA behaviour. If conditions are dependent on it, they can be changed or updated to try and emulate the original behaviour.
