I downloaded the master folder from github, but I cannot find the .exe anywhere. I have followed the instructions and extracted the contents of the zip folder, but I can't find a .exe anywhere in it; even the manual that came in the download is blank.

Have you tried the releases page?

On the releases page as linked above, download YOGEME_v1.10.2.zip.

There's no installer. Extract to a folder of your choice and run YOGEME.exe.
The manual (yogeme.chm) can appear blank if you opened it from within the ZIP file without extracting it first.

I added explicit notes to the Readme for this, as this isn't the first time someone isn't familiar with getting releases from Github,
