Victory II-class Star Destroyer v2 - From General Trageton

General Trageton is on an Imperial roll lately. Here's a look at the new Victory Star Destroyer II v2!

What's changed from the current version? GT explains.
The VSD2, like the VSD1 is a complete remake with a highly detailed model and completely revamped HD textures.
There are two key differences to the V1:
- Instead of the wingless design, I have added a pair of solid closed wings, matching most contemporary canon depictions.
- I have removed the quartet of typical hyperdrive engines to make it more distinguishable from the ISD.

The VSD2 comes with a series of cool Flightgroup options. Here's the Task Force Nightfall option.

It was a cool idea to fuse the wings closed for the VSD2 like in the newer sources.

Yeah that was something I wanted to do for a very long time. I was never happy with that wingless shape for the VSD2.

Nice!

Only thing I can see missing would be a (old) republic paintjob, since in the EU/Legends timelinethe first few VSD2 were produced late clone wars (so some of them did receive a republic fleet paint job according to the lore)

But that's just a detail :)

Just tried on a stock installation, it's fine.

I'm now wondering if it's related to the fact that my main installation is a heavily modified based on the last version of DSUCP....

Poossible, I remember there was an issue with the specdesk.txt bugging because some custom ship descriptions were too long.

There are some changes coming to the VSD II in our latest Update 5.5!
@Vince T has created an all-new larger Hangar Model.
This allows for a lot more space, meaning Droids can move about and more spacious landing areas.
