Hello, thankyou for your amazing work on this upgrade!

I am having an issue with looking around the cockpit being too fast using the hat switch with the Logitch Extreme 3D Pro, it zips around so fast I can't position it easilly to where I want, it isnt a massive issue as I dont look around the cockpit much, but if there is a way to slow it down I can't find it.

I have found setting the POV in the joystick configuation outside the game to be used as regular buttons is a work around but it moves in increments instead of a smooth swiveling motion and needs to be repeatedly pressed to move more than one increment.

Any help would be great, again thankyou for all your awesome work!

Hello,
Here is something you can try.

I've added this setting:
; Virtual cockpit look sensitivity
VirtualCockpitLookSensitivity = 1200

Make a backup of these files then replace them with the version from the zip:
- hook_joystick_ff.dll
- JoystickConfig.txt
- XwaJoystickConfig.exe
- XwaJoystickConfig.exe.config

xwa_hook_joystick_ff_WIP_2305131301.zip

Thanks for the fix, I have the same issue with my X52 Pro and this new version of the DLL helps; however the overall sensitivity is extremely high (i think it was a problem in the original XWA as well), so much so that I have to tone it down from 1200 all the way down to 5 to make it somewhat usable, but still fast

I am assuming that setting VirtualCockpitLookSensitivity at zero or negative values, it will stop working as intented; if so, would it be possible to add a multiplier so that the current default starts at, say, 2400 instead of 1200 and allow for more fine tuning?

Anyway, thanks again for looking into it

Hello,
The variables used by the game to store the virtual look position are integer values. So the smallest delta is 1.

Hello,
I've merged the WIP version of the joystick hook into the stable version.
