Killing the ISD Imperator loses the mission, even if SHU AA-23 has been captured and taken to the Liberty. Looking in YOGEME, I'm guessing it's because AA-23's mothership is set to Imperator and the game assumes if AA-23 isn't around anymore, it must have hangar'd the ISD?
