So I need a little help and advice please.
In the XWA Family Transport you get rewarded a Mercenary Pilot's Jacket

I was wondering if there's a more modern interpretation out there?
I'm looking for ideas to replace it with, either from films, tv or games.
Something that I can get a really good image of though. Preferably not being worn.
Google search kinda shows Han's jacket. Not sure if Finn is a good choice?

Anyone of you Star Wars nuts got any ideas?

I've got a few cosplay items. I had a Imperial flight jacket made that's sort of a combination of the imperial officer tunic and the TIE pilot jumpsuit. Its black though with cogs, so even if I took a photo for you to color correct into orange it probably wouldn't turn out too well.

That's brilliant work. Well done :)

I'm not changing colours to orange. I'm not that talented.
What I was thinking was to replace that dated weird looking jacket with something more modern or even official.

Here's an example from a random jacket online

So really I'm just looking for cool jackets that can be used and not look too out of place.
Preferably something in a PNG format or easily tweaked.
The Star Wars universe is full of Mercenaries but not many show up on google lol

That's actually not bad. Kinda what I was going for.

I think the go-to program to use for modeling clothing for video games now is Fabulous Designer. Actually, it was intended to prototype clothing, but it works well for games and movies, too. Just in case anyone is interested.

Do you mean Marvelous Designer? And if so, keep in mind it's a $50.00/mo subscription.

A cheaper option would be Cloth Weaver, which is a Blender plugin. It's a one-time purchase of about the same price, and has the advantage of working directly in Blender.

Yeah, that's the one, Marvelous Designer. My mistake. You can buy a non-subscription version of it, but of course that costs more. It looked good to me, but I haven't seen the Blender plugin yet. I was planning on learning how to use MD eventually, but maybe the Blender plugin is a better option.

and jackets here on the this link btw shop poncho here.

Hey there! As a fellow Star Wars fan, I'd be happy to offer some suggestions. If you're looking for a more modern interpretation of a pilot's jacket, you could check out the jackets worn by the pilots in the newer Star Wars movies like Poe Dameron's jacket or Jannah's jacket. Alternatively, you could also look into the jackets worn by characters in other sci-fi movies or TV shows such as the crew of the Serenity from Firefly or the Colonial Viper pilots from Battlestar Galactica. Hope this helps and happy hunting for the perfect jacket!
