Note this is 2.1 the only issue I found with this mission is Aeron dialogue is yellow seeing as she is family shouldn't it be purple

I believe she is yellow in many missions. If Emkay and others are already purple, making it the same is too much.
So this is fine.

well emon does say "Gold is any other aggressor or unknown that is presumed hostile" I'm sure that Areon isn't hostile

This mission in 5.5 appears to exhibit a CTD issue when choosing to engage the pirate forces that show up at the Checkpoint. I'm not sure what causes the issue, but it appears to be reproduceable in a base install of 5.5.

Edit: When delivering the probe to Aeron instead, it still eventually CTDs after you deliver it, just after she takes the probe.

I was able to resolve this by a full, barebones re-install. Afterward the mission played through fully. I'm not sure what experimental settings I had that were causing the crash, but a full re-install with only the expected files up to 5.5 fixed the issue.

The completed bonus goals for whatever reason vanish (?!) from the mission goals panel when you get to the 3rd region.
I removed global bonus goal of "Any of YT-2000 Otana must be within 0.05 km of Tinoon Customs Station" and now the goal doesn't vanish
I also changed the text for the other part of the global bonus goal from "Defeated Pirates: Pirates 100% Destroyed" to "Defeated Pirates: 100% Destroyed"
