Just installed XWA megapatch and latest updates.
All is working regularly until mission starts.
Once in the cockpit I don't have ANY of the audio fx, only the background music. No engine sound, no weapons sound, no Hyperspace sound... nothing
What can I check?
My installation:
XWA Steam version
OS Win10
Megapatch with update 5 and 5.6.2 patch
no other components installed, no other customizations applied
[help] No sound fx except background music

Hello,
There are known issues between Steam and the MODs.
I recommand to reinstall the vanilla game.
The first step is to run the game to verify that it works fine.
Then close Steam, and make a copy of the XWA directory to a directory which is not protected by the UAC.
Then install the MOD into this new directory.
Then launch the game from Alliance.exe or the created shortcut in the Desktop. Don't launch the game from Steam.
